seems a V6, they have lots of problems with SSD. Order where you can give back easily in case of trouble.
Read through similar pots here to get an idea what NOT works.

jose, if you are in murcia, the you should have mediamarkt and carrefour around. Both have a 10/14 day return policy.
my advice, just but a couple m.2 ssd from them and try for your self. There is no clear recommendation with the V6 what is totally messed up.

it is just try and error and post what works and what not.

Check Medimarkt and Carrefour, they are often regarding memory USB and SD cheaper then China. With M.2 it is different.
Just remember you want the ones with the slot left or both. The more expensive with the right slot (key) is for the fast 4 line machines.

Also check what size you can mount. 2242 are the short ones what fit in the tiny back door. 2280 are the long ones what look like a stick of gum.
If you can go big they are mostly more reliable.

    Hello Jose.

the only advice i can give you is the same as Chupa, Buy where you can get a good return policy.

in my EzBook 3 pro V6 i can’t get any ssd working, WD Green 240, Crucial MX500 250gb nor Samsung 860 Evo 250gb.

there is always the way running the m.2 external via usb and tape it to the bottom of the lid if you have one  or if not just use a sandisk ultra fit

It will not be the fastest but still beats twiddling you thumbs.
Did you ask your seller for assistance?

Jose, to be totally honest, i would dump that as fast as I could and then look for alternatives.
Funny thing in the 6 months i have the Jumper 3s, I never stumbled over a problem somebody has as it is a bigger 14″, plastic, but sooo much more reliable.
There is also the F7, Chris new favorite and new models come out. Better loose some money now than a lot later.
Today I made my 3S work constant between 14 and 15 Watt without a problem:

256GB ssd to smol, use cheap 90 Euro 512GB Kingspec from ali. It all works without any problem and works with 500/500 speed
