This topic makes me worry about the future of ezbook 3 pro 🙁
October 9, 2017 at 7:10 pm #73203Anybody has the solution?
The battery is ending very fast. Now maximum power is 24%.Gearbest offered me 15 USD as a refund but it’s not a solution.
October 16, 2017 at 4:25 pm #7346215% of battery…
My solution was to set BIOS defaults after this discharge of battery and again full charge.
I have more than 15% ….it’s 66% maximum.
Better than 15% but it isn’t 100% still.Jumper company sent me information:
“The Battery is good, it is the BIOS and Battery did not good debugging.”
I asked what does it mean. They said:
“The way is very complexity” “The problem can not solved by you” only return laptop to factory is the solution they mentioned….In my opinion BIOS update maybe can fix this problem. But no update at present time.

I have the same problem. My battery limit is 5%… I will restore BIOS defaults as you did. I’ll post the results.
Best regards.

January 2, 2018 at 8:28 am #76357Hi!
I got a Jumper EZBook 2nd batch. Everything worked perfect until i have send the rig to a friend in other town by post and now the laptop charges very slow (about 10 hours) and doesnt reach more than 54%…
I have tried to remove battery, to drain to 0%, and nothing works..
Notice that i have changed the original Windows 10 OS with an Windows 10 PRO N version..
January 5, 2018 at 10:06 am #76495Flash News!
After discharging to about 7%, i have removed the battery connector, and i have tried to start the laptop only with the power cord conected. Doesnt work. I have removed also the power cord and i have pushed the power button for about 30 seconds. After that i have connected everything and now i got all my 100% battery.
The only problem is that the full charging cycle took me about 7-8 hours! I am looking now on the jumper site http://www.jumper.com.cn/download.php to get the last driver package https://pan.baidu.com/s/1jHVekHw#list/path=%2F. Maybe i find some battery drivers to make the laptop charging faster!
January 5, 2018 at 10:12 am #76496Keep us posted, I’m interested if it will keep charging to 100% after a few discharging cycles.
January 31, 2018 at 5:52 pm #78120My problem is solved. I sent laptop to Gearbest for Warranty repair. They sent me new one produced on December 2017.
There is no battery problem.
Jumper didn’t repair it, they gave me new one.
It looks there is no way to fix it at home, because it is not worth to repair it even for producer.
Anyway I am happy now it works perfectly. Thank you Gearbest!January 31, 2018 at 7:15 pm #78138Here is the instruction the seller sent, can anyone translate it from chinese from this link?
@moonlightsun could you upload all the files they gave you and share with us?
