jumper ezbook x4 specs wrong?

Hello everyone,

i currently own the jumper ezbook x4,

i have seen many videos aswell as Chris’s review, my problem is my specs are differnt to the ones iv seen in the videos.

My ram is clocked at 2133mhz? chris’s one was 2400mhz?

also my battery is only 35.520mwh? chris’s one was 48000mwh?

Can anyone help me with this?

Also my battery dose not  seem to last long maybe 3 hours if im lucky and that’s with screen brightness at 100% and just browsing the web is this right?

might be a good idea to open a ticket with your dealer and read the specs on the order page again.

sometimes chris gets different things as the normal folks and jumper is known to change the specs quite often
