Jumper EZbook3 Pro won’t start up without charger

As the title says, my laptop will not start up without being plugged in and will turn off if the charger is removed. I checked battery is fully but it not switch to battery mode. Please help me to investigate for the cause of this issue.

P.S. First, I think this is battery issues and I replaced a new battery. It still has issue

so the battery gets charged but not discharged?
did you measure the battery being charged on the contacts?
did you take a closer look at the connector pins?

I see battery get fully charged as my picture attached.

How to measure the battery with contact?

Yes, I’m sure to take closer.

It still fully charge but it will be turn off when remove charger. I don’t know the how I do that? I just wanted to get some more opinions on the matter. Please help me.

send it on warranty or go to local pc service. i had similar problem with power/charging unit. it didn’t charge battery and didn’t work on power plug, but it did work on battery when it was charged outside unit. they told me it was faulty power/charging unit (didn’t switch between batt and dc), they fixed it for a small price. or maybe it’s faulty battery? it shows 100%, but have no power. when my 1st batt was dead ezbook turn off just after i took power cable out, even when charged to 100%.
