    Managed to get into the BIOS..

    Does anyone know of a BIOS setting that enables/disables the keyboard dock? There are four pins on the bottom of the device where it connects to the keyboard case.

    Damn… Sorry to here that mate, I hope someone brings you the answer you need!

    I hope it won’t happen to my Vi10 Ultimate (expected arrival 1 week from Banggood…)

    I got the original one from Chuwi… It’s in transit with DHL

    Same issue here, just received my VI10 Ultimate together with the keyboard dock.

    When I connect the keyboard nothing happens … :(((

    Question is this a hardware or software related issue??

    No problems with my Vi10 Ultimate and keyboard, it has to be hardware. Either the keyboard or the docking port connector.

    I don’t know about any settings that would disable it in the bios.

    Just to clarify- you have the VI10 ultimate 64GB, that comes with Windows 10 only and a z8300 Cherrytrail CPU?

    And the keyboard is an integrated kryboard/touchpad case with a 5 prong dock connector?

    Where did you buy the tablet and the keyboard from?

    Issue solved this is not a hardware problem.

    I used the method described in the thread http://techtablets.com/forum/topic/chuwi-vi10-keyboard-problem/

    went to bios connected a usb mouse then connected the dock and all started working.

    Must be some sort of init process under bios.

    I tried that a couple of days ago.. Didn’t work for me 🙁 hopefully the replacement would work as this seems like a great tablet.

    hey guys, i need your help.my keyboard and usb ports are locked and my tablet is stuck in safe mode and the touch doesnot work too.what can i do to rectify this?
