    Will i have issues with the Windows licence, when changing the language pack?

    No, you will be fine. Issues are only with devices bigger than 11 inches due to licensing deals between manufactorers and Microsoft.

    You will have to enter the BIOS and under Main tab you will see Project version tPAD 1.xx that will be your version of BIOS.

    OK got it,

    but this is possible only with a keyboard ist it?

    You can enter via Windows/settings/update/restore/Advanced/reboot/troubleshooting/UEFI and you will enter BIOS but that`s it, without keyboard you cant navigate menu but you will be able to see your version;  and to exit you need to press both volume buton and power buton simultaneously and hold them until tablet restarts or just volume buttons – i dont remember- try it. Otherwise attach keyboard trough otg cable and you should be fine.
