My tablet is not booting and charging anymore

Today I was trying to make my touchscreen working. When I was trying  to enjoy new bios from usb my tablet gived me notification [something like ‘u can’t do this cuz u have blocked this option in bios’].

So I have changed some options in bios [in security I thing than I could change something more than imo not in usb option].

Result of my work:

-tablet is not charging

-0 reaction on power button [tryin every combination with power button]

disconnect main battery for 10 min should reset the bios
