Have already tried resetting the Bios.
May 4, 2016 at 2:50 pm #36036May 4, 2016 at 3:30 pm #36044Hi, have you tried pushing the reset button for 15 seconds? Use the end a paper clip and next to the volume down button push the button inside the hole for 15 seconds and then power it on. It should go into the bios, then save and exit the bios.
With some luck it will work again. Otherwise your SSD must be faulty or loose like it’s not working.

Thank for your reply, Yes i’ve tried resetting the Bios, Still not working. I opened and checked the ssd , Removing and reinserting does’t helped. at this point im not sure about the ssd or board that which 1 is faulty. i have informed the seller (SO cube) about the problem, lets see what solution comes from their end

The way to solve this for me was too boot it from the foresee.May 9, 2016 at 4:48 am #36520I had this problem it was due to the boot options in the bios. The way to solve this for me was too boot it from the foresee.
The forsee is not showing up in bios and it is defaulting to UEFI. Hopefully its just the SSD, if you could purchase another to try it may help solve the problem.
May 12, 2016 at 12:00 pm #36960I’ve just encountered a very similar problem so will be messaging SoCube with a screenshot and see what they say. Have you heard anything back from them??
July 6, 2016 at 5:58 pm #42770Hello, I have the same problem.
Sometimes at random (usually after reboot or moving the tablet) it boot ups to the shell, when I enter the bios the SSD is not listed.
Bypass I found: When I holdown the power button and volume down button for 15 seconds, then release. Power up the tablet and enter the bios the SSD is found again. I can change the boot order and its booting to windows again.
Very frustrating (tablet is just a day old), anybody know a solution or a fix or is it a hardware thing?
July 8, 2016 at 12:54 pm #42903Hello,Any news on this issue? I contacted gearbest for a warranty request. I think a lot of tablets ordered from gearbest have this SSD issues (similar issues on xda forum). Strange thing is that it seems to be random.
How is tax import duty handeled when returning tablets? I payed 85 euros tax to DHL
