Thanks for that confirmation. I never like updating a bios, just so much that can go wrong. (even though I did it about 20 times with my Teclast X98 Air 3G)
I’ll be updating my camera driver soon so I can finally record some videos with that “5MP” camera. (who records videos with their tablets nowadays? :P)EDIT: I came across this while I was searching the chinese forum for some info on the dual boot software. It seems that the engineers are making an upgrading tutorial right now and that information will be posted soon. Source:Â http://bbs.chuwi.com/thread-3021-1-1.html
April 12, 2016 at 7:53 am #33110My BIOS version is:
Core VersiĂłn: 5.011
Compliancy: UEFI 2.4; PI 1.3
Build Date and Time: 03/07/2016 16:09:36And in Advandec Tab I can see two options, one called Android with many sub options and other called System Component with an option called OS Image ID with two sub options Windows 8.1 and Android
My Tablet is not DualBoot, is only Windows buyed in GearBest on March 23th.
April 12, 2016 at 8:00 am #33111Sounds like you have the option to go for dualboot! What’s your serial? (is it with the traditional ’10’ in the number)?

Gearbest told me the older windows only version will not have dual boot possibility. Â what a pity
April 12, 2016 at 12:59 pm #33164it seem that chuwi for what ever reason dont want to release/support win10 only first model to dualboot, i guess the only way will be to dump to bios by ourself …

Fact is that dumping the bios alone will not be enough to get dual boot up and running if the touchscreen chip is different. :/
