That’s a really new graphics driver in the first post: https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=FA862B5A2F285C0B!144982&authkey=!ANoIif2wulSIs8g&ithint=file%2czip
If it’s WHQL certified then it will work for all Cherry Trail tablets with Windows 10 64Bit, in which I think it is.
Intel does not release drivers to fix a specific problem on specific tablet, that’s up to manufacturer to fix via BIOS updates.
If the problem is happens to all Cherry Trail chipsets and is driver related then yes Intel will fix it with newer drivers, generally though newer drivers tend to be less problematic.
March 31, 2016 at 7:12 am #31455Hey @nemix
The new driver .4352 does not fix the flashing problem i have. Any other idea of fixing it?
I really think it’s the bios, since the moment i updated it…the flickering did not stop! Any idea how I can put my hands on the old version of bios?
Regards,
Adrian

I would not know really as I do not own this tablet, I’m just pointing out the drivers posted by OP is the first post which seems to be a really new driver for Windows 10.
If you have knowledge on how to re-install Windows 10 from fresh and have extracted the original keys from your tablet then I’d recommend doing that, other than this make sure your BIOS is the latest for your model and tablet revision (apparently there are few revision for the Hi10).
April 27, 2017 at 2:44 am #66126I’ve encountered similar issues. And what’s working for me is charge it using low amp charger. I use 0.5A. And the charging light didn’t blink. I left it 12hours and then I press the power button. The led start to blink and the unit turn on.
