My tablet was automatically pushed a graphics driver update on 3/02/16
Hello. Thank you for your detailed instructions. I have Chuwi hi10 Q64G42151202677 model. with c106_B101UAN.607 x 64 version of BIOS. I have a problem with plugging/unplugging hdmi cable to TV. When I plug it, I see windows on TV, black screen on tablet. When I unplug the cable, the screen on tablet starts flickering. My Intel HD drivers version – 20.19.15.4308 from 22/10/2015 Could you help me with this issue? Maybe you can give the link to the latest Intel HD Graphics driver? Thank you.
Try this driver: Intel(R) HD Graphics_20.19.15.4352

Alex- are you currently using 20.19.15.4352 on your Hi10 and is it working well?
Sunlog – did you try going to Device Manager>Display Adaptors>Intel(R) HD Graphics, right click> Update Driver Software?

Yes I am currently using this graphic driver 20.19.15.4352, update from ver 4331. I got it from Chuwi China forum and it seems this driver can solve the screen flicker problem, i need to test it for a few more days though. This driver is for 64 bit only.

Thank you, Alex! I have added your link to the original post with a notation that you are still testing it. Please give us an update on how it is working and if it does fix screen flickering and black screen issues. I can typically cause screen flickering or black screen if tablet goes into sleep mode in the middle of a program. I got screen flicker after tablet went to sleep when I was on a Word document and when I paused streaming a movie. Looking forward to your update in a few days.

Hello!
I tried 4352 version of driver. But the flickering still appears. Maybe you have some other thoughts how to resolve it? Should we write at Chuwi official forum?
Thank you

I find this 4352 version driver greatly reduce the flickering after 3 days usage. No flicker when resume from sleep during video play, no flicker when resume from sleep during heavy app usage, no flicker when moving a video playing Window, no flicker when I turn on the tablet, yet… However, the driver did suddenly hanged 2 times (screen black out for a few second) and Windows says it has been recovered from a graphic driver problem. But it happens on older driver 4331 too.

Thank you for your observations. I noticed that if I use heavy game, then unplug and plug the charger, the tablet don’t loose the power.
Do you have a problem with it?
Chuwi has a lack of support. It’s awful if they want to be a good company.
March 25, 2016 at 6:00 pm #30861how do you install that new driver? i have no idea where to put those files exactly. please respond

Unzip the files. Go device manager, right click your graphic device and select update driver. Instead of searching drivers online, point to the folder that contains the driver.
March 26, 2016 at 10:14 am #30917In the end I couldn’t get it to work. I think the battery simply wont charge.

How did you test to see if there is charge in the battery?
March 28, 2016 at 8:05 pm #31154I tried all the solutions but my tablet seems dead 🙁
Same behavior than https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkt59Pb1o2A -
