I can confirm 20$ Xiaomi Mi USB-C 45W charger does work fine with Cube I7 book.
Of course if you do not mind the white color.

The charger for the Cube i7 book was really hot today so I unplugged it from the wall.

When I plugged it back in again it would no longer charge!

I have ordered one of these and hope it will fix my problem.

so according to this thread, Macbook chargers work. ive been trying to get it to work. it worked the first time i plugged it in, but now it just says “not charging” when connected, whether its connected to AC or not. works fine for charging phones. does anyone have any ideas? cheers.

 

EDIT:: fixed. I disconnected the power adapter for a while and once it stopped saying “not charging” whilst connected to the tablet, it then worked. very weird. i suppose the device output power switching in the Adapter is a bit weird or something. anyway, fixed.

I ended up getting an Anker PowerPort+ 5-Port / 60W USB-C Charger.

But it doesn’t come with a cable that goes from the charger to the i7.

I purchased an Apple Mac USB-C to USB-C cable but it didn’t work.

How do I connect it to my Cube i7 book?

I’ve returned the Apple Mac cable and have ordered the Anker one?

With the Apple one it said “plugged in – not charging”, so it was recognising the cable.

Maybe I just have to update the USB driver.

I’ve re-installed Windows 10 in the past so maybe that is why it is not charging?

Where can I get the correct driver from?

I didn’t update any drivers, I just saw that strangely it charges only with one side up, if it is not charging, I just remove the cable and switch sides.

Your charger does not support USB Power Delivery. That’s why it’s not charging. Only chargers that support 12V over Type C are supported by the tablet.

The Anker Powerport+ that I purchased will support USB power delivery. Please see the attached picture.

I have used an Anker USB-C cable and it does not work.

It says that the USB is plugged in but it is not charging.

I received the Delippo 12V 2.5A 30W Power Adapter today and it works great.

My i7 is finally charging again.

The Delippo seems like a good quality charger.

It is disappointing the Anker PowerPort+ 5-Port Charger would not work.
