I made a clean windows 10 64bit installation without clonig the eMMC memory

the Windows license key is still  present inside the bios

you can verify this using windows prompt or power shell with administrator privilege

    typing the following comand:

    wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey

    the product key will appear

As you can’t boot the laptop using the eMMc  anymore, you’ll need to create a bootable Win 10  USB device.

Microsoft provide a tool for this which you can download here:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Run the tool  and after selecting the USB stick you want to use it will automatically download the latest Win 10 installation files to the USB and make it bootable. then just boot the Ezbook with the usb and install windows on your ssd.

I don’t think the ssd will show up in the boot order options in the bios until it has a bootable partition on there.

I’m in the same boat as you (Need to do fresh install of Win 10) but for different reasons.
