    I changed the Windows 10 Language to Italian, and some applications still show up chinese-style characters, let me give you an example: TeamSpeak 3 https://gyazo.com/aff659e845dd31dac74bb99c2c44fce2

    I literally changed every settings to Italian, even the Non-Unicode Standard Language setting.

    its the usual windows crap.

    get double driver make a driver backup

    download windows in your language from ms

    install via windows tool

    restore with double driver

    no more language problem
