    Hi all,

the screen keeps black after pressing power key at my new teclast F7. It worked fine for 2 days and just immediately shut down today.

In another discussion (https://techtablets.com/forum/topic/f7-screen-keeps-black/) there was the advice to disconnect battery and reconnect again. Could someone please explain how to do that? I opened the case and saw the battery but it seemed to be connected with all the other stuff directly with no plugs. Would be great if someone could help me with this.

Is there another way to solve this problem or a way to prevent this problem? Maybe if this happens on the move i wont have a screwdriver with me.

    Thanks a lot in advance.

My question was a long time ago but i still wanted to say THANK you for the pictures and the explanation. Unfortunately, the notebook didnt turn on after all i tried so i sent it back to Gearbest Support in Spain and received all my money back, including refund cost via paypal.

    THANKS
