Some keyboard key not working?

And there is not dust or whatsoever as it been closed and kept in the bag all the while. No water split on it also…so i am pretty sure its not the hardware problem. (except the internal manufacturer defect? maybe?)

Firmware?  driver problem?

What should i do?
