If it worked before, do a recovery, the Jumper should have a recovery partition with the original windows setup.
If you did a update (don“t) do a rollback for the driver what has problems.
If the internal card gives you too much trouble, disable it and go for a tiny one in the USB 2 port.
Remember: it is cheap, it has limitations, it has quality problems. If it runs, disable all updates and make a full system copy on an external drive.
I am optimizing my Jumper 3S since 4 months and I have it purring like a kitten now, but it was a long and stony way until here.
