Hello i was trying install new program in windows, and no work ok. the tablet frozen and i off with hold start. when back to windows the icon to change dual bot (switchNOW) look white and no work.

How can Install again, or recover it? Anyone can send me? thanks and sorry for my english

I was trying to install a new program in windows, and no work. The tablet froze and I pressed the start button. When back to windows – the icon to change dual bot (switch now) look white and not work.
