Teclas x80 plus Dual boot: Windows won't boot

I tried to restore windows, since all wifi disappeared. Recovery stopped on 81%, and after that windows won’t start at all. After OS selection the screen is blank, and after 50 sec it boots again. And again. And again.

 

Anyone got some idea to get windows back and running?
