Looks like a hardware issue with the screen sadly. So you might have to RMA this unit. Get in touch with your seller.

you used it 20 hours
mostly you have a window for DOA of 7 to 14 days, after that it gets costly.

For the future, if it is from China, run an at least 24 hour stress test and work it hard for at least a week to find any short use bugs and defects.
