Hi everyone,
Just got a second F7 notebook from gearbest.
Upon booting for the first time it opened directly a not activated Windows 10 without the normal procedure (which is also described in the short manual) with setting up the language and all the other well known steps when starting it for the first time.
When I go in Accounts & settings and activation it tells me the that Windows is not activated and “We can’t activate Windows on this device because you don’t have a valid digital licence or a valid product key. Error code 0xC004C003.
The notebook is connected to the internet and it works fine.
Can somebody please help or should I contact Teclast official support (if they have one).
