Definitely not the same experience I had with mine. Sounds like you got a lemon. So geekbuying are doing nothing to help out? No replacement at least?

What series?  E3C6?  (the ID number on the back of the tablet)

Yes, they are just ignoring my emails… just transformed the paypal procedure to full complaint.

 

Yes the ID of the tablet is E3C6.

 

Well, can’t send it for exchange as they are not replying to any message and I will certainly not pay the shipping to China…

Your experience is unfortunate, and I have had the “ignored emails” situation with defective tablets and accessories with GearBest and Banggood.

If you paid by credit card and dispute the charge, you might receive a refund from the credit card company.  You will need to provide the email threads to your credit card company showing no response by seller.  If you win the dispute, the seller will blacklist your account.  The CN sellers share blacklists.

i am having issue of audio comes out even audio jack plugged in i can hear form headphones but its annoying, people get irritated while i play PUBG.

tried factory reset and even used various headphones, and googled for issue no link found for this issue.

not only me there is another guy who is having same issue.

My teclast master t 10 mofel is E3C6.

Can anyone help me with the issue pls .

use it with a otg adapter and you will be able to get audio out, this is the cheapest one i can find and the design has not changed in almost 10 years, if you spend some time searching im sure you can find something more discreet and aesthetically pleasing.

He doesn’t need the adapter I guess. The problem is the voice is coming out of the tablet even with the headphones installes in the 3.5 mm jack.

Can’t help you with the issue Roxor. I just sent back the tablet after opening a paypal dispute (it may not be necessary in your case). I was refunded 100% and… bought the asus zenpad 500m Chris reviewed here. I have already 2 of those at home. No issues at all very good performance. Depending where you live you should be able to get it between 200 and 300 EUR. The second one I bought 4G /352 GB i got from ebay for 200 EUR … If you can return the teclast T10 and buy asus if you can get it cheap.
