    I’ve been trying to find which fast charger Teclast or Gearbest advise T10 owners to use and I have so far drawn a blank. There is little information other than the fast charger spec and I read that Gearbest remove the charger from the box before it’s shipped. They sent this as a reply when I quizzed them about it:

    “I hope you will excuse me for the late reply. WP1711251540575631 Package Contents Tablet PC: 1 USB Cable: 1 English Manual : 1 SIM Pin: 1 Sorry there is no quick charger in the package and we cannot add more in this situation. If there are any other questions, please feel free to contact us”.

    These are the chargers that worked quick charging the T10, at least for a while.

    Hi, did you sort it in the end? I had a 5v 2.5A charger that worked for about a week on mine and now it won’t charge at anything higher than [email protected]!  I’m using a standard 5v 2A charger now that yesterday decided to only charge @0.7A so I have to plug the tablet in all day to fully charge it.  Is this a fault with the charging circuit or something that can be patched with a software update?  Either way it’s really annoying and clearly isn’t restricted to my unit.

    No never solved it. I bought a device to measure charging amps and voltage, and am getting results similar to you. I charge overnight and have had to limit usage of the tablet. It is disappointing.

    Well hopefully theres a brave soul out there that is willing to dismantle theirs and see what is  going on inside as something is clearly amiss with the charging circuit.  What sort of SOT do you get?  I’m getting between 4.5-5.5 hours, not as much as I had hoped.

    I get at least 5 hours, maybe more. Hard to say right now, as I limit the use because of the long charge time. Last night I used it with a Chromecast for entire evening, but I left charger on and it didn’t go below 100%.

    See the post I made in topic of screen response and upgrade. (touch problems etc.)

    Download update file to tablet and update local using update app. No data lost but backup is recommended.

    yes, lastest update seems to help i get about 7 hrs
