Greeting all, just joined this forum 🙂

Well, I just bought my Teclast F7 from GB recently and found that the touch pad at the top right corner popped up a little. See video attached.

The touch pad is working fine except for the minor defect. Contacted GB support and they only refunded me partially. Is too troublesome for me to send back also so, is there any way I can fix it myself? Anyone know how to open up the touch pad before?

And another problem I’m having is whenever the laptop is charging, I felt some minor electric shock (a small bites on the skins) when my palm or finger touches the corners of the laptop. It is the power adapter?

maybe they mounted it upside down?

don’t touch while barefoot when charging, also a grounding wire helps

if all fails ground to his room and do not take out of his room until charging is finished and you unplugged carefully.

    Need Help?
