    Sorry not sure on that, sounds like the power is interfering somehow with the touchpad, so either faulty hardware or bad design.

    make and model would be helpful, also which country (can the power plug be put in 180 degree turned (europa evtl usa))

    try with your feet off the ground ( I have a wireless keyboard and the trac pad goes Nuts when my feet are on the ground)

    I only know the specs from the sticker and inside windows.

    The psu might not be the original one , could it be that?

    Im not sure what the laptop should take, but the charger I have outputs 5v 2.5A.
