    Hi.

    What way does the UK adapter plug go on the US power supply?

    Does it matter?

    From reading on the net it seems it doesn’t matter with it being an AC power supply.

    Was hoping it didn’t matter, but I used mine as in your photo IMG_20180601_160823.jpg.

    I plugged it into the adapter the way up that it would be plugged into a socket (without the adapter). Not sure if there is a right/wrong way, as mine has been working, except I am having problems with the battery. One cell is swollen and it shuts off randomly when the battery level goes below 50%.

    That doesn’t sound good.  Maybe you should return it.

    the same psu is used for europe and the euro plug is just 2 same size round pins.

    it does not matter which way the psu is plugged.

    how old is the swollen jumper? and what version?
