I don’t have a problem with the Kionix drivers but the latest Windows update messed up camera rotation so it’s always 90 degrees away from the correct orientation. Like if I’m in portrait, the camera thinks its in landscape. This happens with both front and rear cameras.
I didn’t update touchscreen, sensor or Intel GPU drivers from the original Teclast-provided ones so this probably has to do with Windows.
Looks like I have to reinstall the original Windows 10 image for the device. I been having problems getting Android X86 to run correctly but don’t like the fact that Windows 10 apps are laughable.
Well installing the original Teclast Windows 10 image fixed the problem. I then used the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to upgrade the tablet to version 1803 and rotation and touch are still working. Since it’s not a hardware failure, I’ll go back to test Android X86.
