windows freeze

after formating my ssd and installing a new fresh version of windows, system freeze a lot like before and i had to force shuttdown, i dont know what to do.

is ssd dead or what?

Van, I have the same issue of freezing. Reinstalling windows didnt fix it. But it didnt freeze until I had finished installing windows. My suspicion is it is a temp sensor or setting. Im now working my way through the BIOS settings (I have the 128gb M2 model) to see if I can find a setting

My laptop doesn’t do that and I made no settings changes to the bios except removing the limitation on the CPU. I suspect you have a bad ssd.
