    Hi guys,

2 weeks ago I received my EZBook x4 and I’m very statisfied with it except for 1 thing. Since the beginning sometimes (like once in an half hour) the notebook thinks I’m holding down the windows-key which results in activating shortcuts when I start typing. I can deactivate it by pressing down the windows-key on my keyboard. When the windows-key is virtually pressed down I can see it pressed down on the On-Screen Keyboard. Pressing it on the OSK does not deactivate the windows-key.

Who also experciences this problem ? Or who knows how I can fix this problem as it is really anoying because I activate alot of windows-key shortcuts when this happens.

smash the key several times hard, then wiggle all 4 corners with force.

    that should do the trick
