    Hi.

    I have a strange issue on a Ezbook.  I was having a look at the laptop I had just bought and checking out the screen so I was not going past the welcome screen.  Then the next time I turned it on it went straight to the desktop, but the strange thing is the start menu doesn’t work and all the core apps like the windows store and browser are not installed.

    Is there anyway I can reset this back to the welcome screen?

    update and security

    recovery

    reset this pc

    nah – it is windows – the hours just fly by watching it playing with its marbles throwing around in a circle….
