Hi guys. Had the same problem after reinstalling Windows 10. I got the original image of the ssd. And was able to extract all drivers with Double Driver. I also converted the full original image (untouched) to Acronis format. Links in Attachment. So, I hope that I was able to help and would be very happy to receive feedback.

    Skydive004,

Thank you very much! You’re the best! You saved my X4! I cannot thank you enough! It worked perfectly!
    Cheers

    Hi Toby,

I have installed the drivers and it is still not working. Device manager can see the drivers though. This is the second time it happened and it is very random. The first instance, it worked after reset. The most recent one it didn’t.

Any suggestions? Is it possible that the screen is faulty but the drivers can still be installed?

The X4 battery bulged out and finally died on me the other week!

Got a fresh 3rd party one from Taobao (says 5000mAh, but who knows?) for 68RMB, and we are back in business with close to 4 hrs battery life in VLC video run down test! (old one was below 2 hrs)

Mostly using external USB keyboard and mouse these days, but amazing that a laptop from 2019 is still doing well with Win 11 and Office 365 these days…

… and sorry to see this site slowly withering, but I guess with plenty of main brand laptops available below 500USD (or even 300USD on sale), the lure of the Chinese brands is gone…
