well, I tried the second file flash.json, left untouched the default configuration: update, and this one worked, flashed it 100% successful, but now windows is missing from boot start menu,

    Me too!

and worse! When I tried to reload windows something went wrong ‘cos when I rebooted I had a blue screen saying acpi bios error, I shut down and now I have a brick. The tablet is totally dead. I can’t reflash ‘cos it won’t power up, and the battery was nearly full.  oh shit!  Can anybody help or do I just smash it up.

New bugs appeared, now cannot share files through Bluetooth,  also doesn’t recognize ODT USB storage, even not listed in settings/storage.

Do I need to flash clean installation again?

    Thanks.

    Can’t install some apps?

I can’t find some apps in Play Store after installing? eg. Clash of Clans, the Google Santa app.

Edit: Seems like after some Play Store/Google Play/Chrome updates the apps showed up.

Thanks for the ROM, mirek, works well on K9C6. I have sent you a little donation ! Hope you will update this with cool features, like Xposed Framework…. One thing: I wanted to try the new Antutu v6, but when I want to install the 3D addon Google Play says my device is not compatible…no problem with Antutu 5.7.3 though.

That’s strange I made antutu 6 bench and got more than 82000 points. –> I tried again a minute ago to download and works fine.

After a reboot and an update of Google Play Services I was able to install it. Scored 81637

Do you plan to add Xposed ? It’s the most missed feature.

Also, I think you shouldn’t embed any Google apps (except Play of course), because they will be updated anyway.

I have gone through this on 2 pc’s.  Each time I get: “The system cannot find the path that is specified.”  What am I doing wrong?

Weird, my x98 pro came back to life the next day, but stuck in a bootloop with red Chinese characters. I reflashed Model android (having found Intel new android drivers v1.10 on their website), it rebooted back to the dual boot menu (just android), but wouldn’t go any further just rebooting back to the menu. I installed windows 10 (with PE USB drive – forget the crap about 2 drives and a keyboard not needed) and that works perfectly, but the dual boot seemed to disappear. Tab just boots to windows! I tried looking at the partitions and everything seems there, then used the Teclast boot to android tool, which threw my back into a boot loop! I escaped from that by forcing power off (10 seconds hold). When it rebooted I have dual boot menu, but android icon is grey, windows works fine though. So does anybody know what is wrong here, why can’t my system boot android??

    Slowly going crazy here!

It’s depend on heat, secretly running apps and some problems.

You need to do this if you want the best score on Antutu v6: Shut down -> Charge the tablet with 100% battery -> wait around 2 3 hours for cooler -> turn on tablet -> use some cleaning apps like Clean Master, clean all secretly apps -> start Antutu v6.

My device b4 installed this ROM goes up to 80k, and now 81k, haha just 1k better :p

    Hi,

following on from earlier post (Dec 20th 11.46) I’ve discovered that the windows installation had the windows ‘fastboot’ enabled by default and that power off  option was set to ‘sleep’, not turn off. I’ve altered these and now the tab seems to power off and on properly, and not get apparently locked with a black screen. I’ve read that UEFI systems can’t handle ‘fastboot’ (or hybernate).  So some progress at last, I now have a working windows 10 half of the tab back. BUT Android is still locked in a boot loop and now for some reason I can’t access DNX Fastboot mode in order to reflash.

I’ve also noticed (‘cos I run the tab with quickboot disabled in the bios so I can see the AMIbios logo at bootup) the letters B4 on the screen just below the AMIbios logo – originally the text was K9C6 ??   I’m wondering now if somehow during the Mirek flash the bios firmware has been changed ??  I tried to do a bios update from usb with the file from this site (v1.13) but I had an error saying it was unsupported.

Does anyone have any idea whats going on here ?   Hello is there anybody there ?????

I installed this the second day I got my x98 pro.  The first day I had it, I opened the box, pushed the power button, went into windows, started updating and bam, it shut off.  I plugged it in for a little while and it, seriously, wouldn’t turn on for 3 or 4 hours (I guess it had jet lag).  Well, I wiped windows and android, installed the 11062 insider preview of windows 10 x64, then I installed mirek190’s rom.  Went flawlessly.  The tablet does run and little warm, and occasionally,  it spontaneously shuts off with about 30% power left (twice), other than that it rocks.  I ran antutu about 3 or 4 times, i’m getting 82.5 to 84.2.  Its blazing fast in android and windows doesn’t run too slow either.  I’d like to get the xposed module working, but I hate to hose the tablet after I spent hours installing everything from scratch.

Oh, and I updated the bios, the instructions included were crap.  I had to google all the efi commands, but I got it done.  Its kinda weird though, that the Onda I have v919 has the buttons in the same place as the ipad air and this tablet has all the buttons in the exact opposite side.  It really sucks because I bought a nice keyboard/cover and it doesn’t work with it. oh well….

Oh, just got twrp on, backed up android.  cool.  As a side note, I use ext2fsd and mount the larger android partitions in windows, so I can transfer app and files and stuff.

Anybody know if we can get multirom or one of those apps working? I downloaded muiu and I don’t wanna mess up the lollipop.
