Thanks a lot for Your advice!! I have X2 Pro. When I install Office 365 installation after few hours freeze (loading screen was on 50%). I close installer and reboot Windows. After it starts I noticed i cannot use touch screen oor windows touch button. I click hardware power button. Screen turns Black. And thats all. Device has approx 50% battery. Nothing happened when I press or long press power button. Then I found Your advice – and it works !!!
Can You tell me, what is this combination?
I know that there is no hardware reset button and I was worried that I must send it back to China (or EU warehouse) with a lot of costs.
