    If anyone is having a hard time finding a decent screen protector, the Sony Z4 Tablet screen protectors are pretty much a perfect fit. Even the camera cutout is correct.

    Don’t use tempered glass though, the screen on the Hi10 has no hard glass on top, so the soft screen and the bezel are not perfectly flat, so it wont work.

    Hi guys/gals, I received my Hi10 today, was super excited, but that lasted about 1 minute.

    First time I tried to turn it on, it gave the Chuwi logo, and then went blank, then the screen started going haywire, check out the video;

    So did a bit of playing around, I can load the BIOS fine, screen works fine and no problems, but as soon as I try and load normally, problem happens again.

    I then found the Windows install files here, http://blog.chuwi.com/category/guides/ , and did that. No problems at all, Windows installed fine, Windows loaded into its little setup, choose region/keyboard layout/country/etc, touchscreen worked fine in there and I selected all my settings. Then it restarted and tried to load Windows again, and the problem was back.

    I can’t figure this one out, but it looks like a software problem.

    Any advice would be great.

    Newer update, just flashed that newest BIOS. Screen no longer goes crazy with new case. Though when I fold the case backwards to use the tablet, it turns the screen off, is there a way to disable the case closed sensor?

    Okay what the hell?

    I have literally spent hours, reinstalling the OS, just ran MemTest64 for 2 hours, then spent hours creating a Windows To Go HDD, and it turns out that the tablet HATES the case I got for it. That is what is send the screen crazy. Take the case off and its running well.

    Got my old tablet case out and ran it along the back of the Hi10 and only when the top of the case touches the top of the Hi10 does the screen turn off, not go crazy, just turns off, remove the case and the screen comes back on. I’m assuming this is just that feature where flip cases automatically turn the screen off.
