I have the same issue. Started about a week ago. Freezes up after 10 minutes while plugged in and not in use. Have to do a hard shut down, holding the power button down. Sometimes it just reboots if I leave it long enough, and I have to sign back in as user and reload chrome browser tabs. I feel it is a driver issue, not a hardware issue, but I have no idea where to begin looking. I have set all sleep, hibernate, screen off, usb wake etc. to 0 or never, but it hasn’t helped.
Suggestions?
