File from Baidu/Yun is downloadable, from the neteherlands at least, after creating a baidu account over the mobile phone, logon to the new account via the phone (do not forget to change the +86 to your country code in both operations), then open your profile and set a nickname (left top corner of the profile), so you can use it to login in the download app. Download the download app from baidu (a resource.db floats on the internet, which translate most chinese into english in this app). Download. Have patience, as you get stopped for 24 hours multiple times. The rar itself contains a win10, ec and bios directory, plus a word file. I attached the word file, for those who want to determine whether they need the 7.44 Gbyte file. Someone else has to put the file through google translate, to filter out the chinese part. For the first 10 who get stuck, login to the forum, sent me a personal message and I will share the 7.44 Gbyte file over google drive (need a google gmail name, in order to share).
