    hi,

I could sync with BT devices on tpad airii until i installed (not sure which worked, sorry) http://techtablets.com/download/teclast/x98_air_3g/windows_drivers_and_utilities_/Air%203G%20Updated%20WLAN%20and%20BT%20drivers%20Nov%202014.zip

    http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/cldhs1/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=PPJT0

now my kaiser baas kb 10006 can connect  but(and maybe this is meant) my logitech k400r works if i plug the logitech little receiver thing into a micro male to std usb female cable.

I am so glad the current slew of new tabs./2in1s/whatever they are are coming with more ports.

On that note, after readiing a suggestion from Chris I searched  802.11ac on ebay.

Dual band wifi (2.4mhz & 5mhz) std  size usb receiver/sender nodules can be bought & delivered for $15au! – I am of course assuming they have decent range etc. They appear to do the full gamut of current and draft 802.11 wifi standards, which means a whole range of cheaper 2in1 are good to use in schools across australia (which predominently only have 5mhz wifi, so parents had to buy more expensive  t100 etc).

    cheers

    Adrian

hi, hope its ok for me to bring this thread back to life.

Would appreciate any advice regarding dual band ie  5mhz a/n  & preferably ac/a/n on any of the newer “affordable 2in1s (tablets with keyboards running w10 or w8.1)  There is a real hole in the market here imo – (in Australia), most schools require kids byod, & must have 5mhz.

    Asus T100chi is at least $300US here…

    cheers

    Adrian
