Hi Stephan, your English is good to degree that now even I have an understanding of what is involved and provided I can download the archive successfully, feel pretty confident that I can undertake this process.
I purchased the tablet from amazon and sent it back yesterday and repurchasing a replacement which I am waiting for delivery. if this should happen again I believe I can rectify that problem by carrying out the above procedure – I will be better prepared in future.
it is not very good that Chuwi do not have downloadable image available on their site and support from them is non existent.
