    I sent mine back to DX. I ordered at DX EU so the address is located in the UK. Got a full refund and also shipping costs are reimbursed. Good luck with your Chuwi. Hopefully there will be a solution for all of you.

    The tablet is laying on the shelf doing nothing for a week. Just connected it to the usb charger and the light is suddenly blinking. After literally 40+ attempts the tablet booted into Windows. Unfortunately no time to cheer.. The same problem with the dropping battery percentage occurred. Finally after a restart the tablet would not boot anymore.

    I have a reply from DX with an RMA number. I am going to return it. My first experience with Chuwi is really disappointing.

    Hi,

    I have ordered the tablet from DX. Had battery problems from the beginning. While charging the first time the screen went crazy. The tablet was unusable. So I turned the tablet off while charging. After 8-10 hours the battery wouldn’t charge further then 85%. After a complete discharge I tried again and now the battery was stuck on 75%. After my second discharge the tablet is dead. It won’t charge anymore and the charging light is not showing anymore when usb cable is connected. I think the battery is depleted. (Does someone know how to fix this?)

    I am very disappointed. Created a ticket, but no answer so far from DX.

    That being said.. The tablet looks and works great. Fast, beautiful screen and didn’t get hot while using. Unfortunately the battery was flawed from the beginning.
