i tried this but at point 11b i get into twrp but cannot choose anything! Solutions?

And yes i put the files in a directory without spaces.

My order was split in to 2 packages, one with the Chuwi Hi12 and one with the keyboard. The package with the keyboard was delivered, the one with the Chuwi Hi12 was returned to sender by customs without a reason. I contacted the service of Banggood and they will try to send the chuwi again but this time with EMS. The retry of sending costs 11,61€ paid with paypal. Have to wait 7-15 days again to receive it in Germany.
