Hey Provatta, are you still facing the windows 10 wifi disconnects frequently problem. I think I have got the solution for you. Goto Start menu > Settings>Network and Internet > Wifi > Manage wifi settings>wifi sense and now disable all the options that you see here. Hopefully your device will connect just fine.
