I found the mistake and now i have a solution!!

    Step 1:

Download this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hux34kp3t76q0ci/HiBook%20Pro%20Bios%20I1D6_C109K.234.zip?dl=0 NO PASSWORD REQUIRED!!

    Step 2:

Format your USB Stick (2.0,3.0) (minimum 512 Mb) to FAT32 and name it WINPE <– (I don’t know if that is that required)

    Step 3:

Unzip the *.zip into the root directory from you Fresh USB Stick.

    Step 4:

Shut down your CHUWI HiBook Pro. Turn it on and press the F7 key until the Boot Menu comes. With the UP and Down key you can choose the USB stick (the one with UEFI in the name) and Press ENTER.

    Step 5:

After that it Flashs your BIOS automatically.

    IF NOT

    Step 6:

Do you have an courser that blinks extremly fast?

Press ESC. Then type: fs5: and press ENTER. And then type: fpt64.efi -f bios.bin

after a few minutes it ends and you see the command prompt. Type: reset After that you are done and your CHUWI HiBook Pro should boot up and works just fine!
