Seriously, why not just use the micro usb port. I use it with my hub, works perfectly fine.
Because we really want to take advantage from the actual USB-C port.
Here is my experience:
Using a D-LINK DUB‑M420 it works fine, I do have HDMI output while charging with original charger and also I can use USB A ports. With any other PD charger (powerbank 18W and usb c PD power brick of 30W) it simply do not charge either directly or trough the hub.
Using Baseus Mirror Series Multiport 5 in 1it was either charging or outputting hdmi signal. When I was doing both screen was going black. I’ve tested this on other laptop and works well (chagers with PD while outputs video signal)
