Nothing to do.. The only thing I can think of is that it has no power to fully run the HDD since it’s a 2,5″ 7200rpm unit and not a standard 5400..

Hello guys. Is anybody experiencing issues with 2.5 HDDs? I have one of 1TB but the tablet doesn’t recognize it.. Well it tries to mount it, but as soon as it mounts it appears with no details about space and then it gets immediately dismounted. Any idea? Thank you!

Anyway I didn’t understand the article about power saving modes. I mean that article explains the windows 10 power saving modes, but I didn’t understand YOUR personal settings which fixed your problem. This would be really critical for me, since if I have the certainty that this problem can be fixed I can buy the tablet, anyway I’ll not buy it.
