i have the same problem. In my case the battery had 41 <span id=”result_box” class=”short_text” lang=”en”><span class=””>percent. I want to change the battery pack, but i dont know where i can buy a new one.</span></span>

I have <span id=”result_box” class=”short_text” lang=”en”><span class=””>take out</span></span> the battery pack and made some pictures(you can see in a other topic) Could a bios option be the problem?

My battery pack is now full drain? In my case the tablet charge 15-20 seconds and than stops. When i now pull off the charging cable and plug it again on the tablet will charge again for 15-20 seconds. but it never charge over a minute. Do some one have a tip?

@ chris G How should he charge the tablet when the tablet do not charge over 4hours?

Please could some one help!

Hello,

I have the same problem. My screen twinkle so strong like an old pc screen that you cant work with it. I have allready informed gearbest support centre with videos of this case. After that i get this message:

“Dear sebastian,

if i want to download a firmeware i allway get the massage “Can not find the ID number of the download!” My ID is G3K2.
The flicker was from the first day I unpacked it. I have noticed that the probability is higher that the flicker starts when the X3 Pro is on longer.
Could somebody please help?
