Just a follow up on my experience with Gearbest.   After many support messages Gearbest has close the issue with me with the following statement,

Please connect WiFi on your tablet, set to local time zone of the time can be used without activation.

So this is it.  Gearbest is selling a tablet with Windows Pro installed without an Microsoft product key to activate the system.  In other words, Gearbest is leaving the customer to  hope that Microsoft continues to support Windows 10 systems that are not activated.  I believe this is misrepresentation.  I am surprised that Microsoft does not address this with their OEM suppliers.

I just received my Cube iWork 10 flagship (dual boot) from Gearbest last week.  It’s a great tablet, but Windows is not activated.  It has Windows 10 Pro installed and was built on March 28th.  Windows is looking for me to change product key or upgrade my edition of Windows.  I put an email into the Cube email service email (no reply as of yet).  Looks like it would cost a lot to buy a new product key.  Any suggestions?
