Sorry Nok, that was 5 years ago…
April 1, 2021 at 9:24 am #221446You’re right. Looks like he can’t find the paths. You can just try a different version of clonezilla or ask someone else for advice. Unfortunately, I can no longer help you here.
Good luck!
March 30, 2021 at 5:21 pm #221439Read Page 1 and do not stop at Blondak’s description. It’s not that much.
Edit:
type sudo sh mkroot.sh
March 30, 2021 at 6:59 am #221435You have to be superuser. Read the whole page 1 of this topic from the beginning and follow the steps one by one.
March 29, 2021 at 8:32 am #221431Blondak attached it in his post on page 1.
December 3, 2017 at 9:45 am #75598Did you already figure out how to do this? I want do the same thing.
Greetings from Germany

April 10, 2017 at 5:26 am #64991I don’t know that. But booting from stick or card can not destroy anything unless you do not execute any scripts or commands. Give it a try!
November 4, 2016 at 9:18 am #56409Hello Wim,
I was able to enter a “secure boot mode” or something similar by pushing some buttons simultaneously while booting. No idea how I did this, but I uninstalled the Exposed Framework in this mode and my tablet works fine again.
But for future issues: do you know how to recover?
Thanks and greetings from Germany
March 17, 2016 at 3:25 pm #29793Hello marcorsica,
you have to type sudo sh mkroot.sh to be a superuser with admin privilegs.

We only need a solution to the SD card problem to get that device perfect. Unfortunately, Windows finds the card only after a few reboots with extracted card, if you were previously on Android. But that’s a Windows problem.
February 25, 2016 at 6:19 am #27000It works now. Lubuntu did not find the partitions, so I installed Clonezilla on another USB drive.
Here are some hints:
– My USB drive was created with LiLi (Linux Live Creator) in the Windows of the W3F.
– The correct path is cd /lib/live/mount/medium/mkroot
– The script must be executed with sudo and there is no message when it is run properly.
I thank you very much for your work. So the Android OS of the tablet is finally usable.February 24, 2016 at 8:53 pm #26976I will give it a try.
How did you create your clonezilla stick?
February 24, 2016 at 12:49 pm #26921Hi Blondak,
I don’t get that fu…g Stick to boot Clonezilla. But I still have a Lubuntu 15.10 running from USB in persistent mode. Would it be possible to run your script in a terminal with Lubuntu?
Thank you!
January 12, 2016 at 7:03 pm #22082With Paragon ExtFS for Windows I can read and write the Android partitions when Windows is running. But still have no idea how to get root access.
November 16, 2015 at 6:23 pm #15941Thanks, Nils.
There must be other ways to root this device. I don’t want to build a spaceship out of my tablet.
I think, when I find a possibility (perhaps the right BIOS settings?) to connect it to a PC all would be fine.
