I wish this forum was more active. No one seems to get answers here. I have a similar question to you so hopefully someone will chime in or you might come back with what you’ve learned since.

I bought a Teclast X98 Air 3G (Dual boot) recently and spent all my time since I got it trying to figure out how to make it windows only. FOr weeks I never even started up the android system of it (not even for a first run) Then I came across something that said I would need use the android system in the process of making it windows only. After a very short time I realised the android partition was great and now I am keeping both. Perhaps the same thing could happen you if you went for a dual boot. You might enjoy the windows side of it.

I’m pretty sure that in spite of the name it is actually a chip coldered to the board. Nice idea though. It’d be great if they were replaceable. I would love to be told I am wrong.
