I got mine from Gearbest and I have contacted their support – so far it isn’t going too well and trying to explain the issue is providing quite difficult.

Now that I look at it, has this been flashed by the seller with the wrong rom hence it fails to update and the signature error? The screens say X98 Plus and I have the X98 Air 3g
