    Have you tried tapping on the screen when the Teclast logo first appears. This brings up an on screen keyboard that you can tap F7 on which allows access to the bios.

    At least it does this on my one… no need for a keyboard or hub.

    Update,

    Got it sorted by tapping on F7 key on the little keyboard that you can get to appear on the boot screen if you tap the screen when the little cursor appears in the Teclast logo.

    That got me into the UEFI boot options and I was able to reinstall Windows from the WINPE USB stick I created.

    So handy hint you don’t need to attach a keyboard to do that.
